How does it work?
- Step 1 - Select your favorite artwork in the store
- Step 2 - Click the orange "Swap Your Pet Into Scene" button and upload your pet's photo
- Step 3 - See your custom art
- Step 4 - If you like it we'll have it shipped to you as either a Paint By Numbers kit or Canvas Print, your choice!
Can I preview my pet before buying?
Yes! After uploading your pet's photo and completing the rendering, you'll see a full preview in your chosen art style before purchase.
What file formats are accepted for pet photos?
A: We accept JPEG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC (iphone) formats. Ensure the photo is clear and well-lit for best results.
Can I include multiple pets in one artwork?
Yes and no, at this moment in time our self-serve tool only offers capabilities for artwork that support a single pet during customization. Contact us directly for any multi-pet customization needs.
When is deadline to ensure delivery by Christmas?
Please note the Christmas guaranteed delivery cut-off date has past. If you order a Canvas Print product, order-to-delivery time has been as fast as 8 days time, but we cannot guarantee this for every order.
What is your return or refund policy?
Physical items can be returned within 30 days if undamaged and none of the paint pod seals are not broken.
